I designed a glasses holder for my son who frequently loses his specs. In Blender, I measured the box size required for his glasses and resized the hole accordingly. After that, I turned off modifiers, increased the box dimensions by 4mm in all directions, positioned the clip arm, and exported the file. Finally, I lined the printed holder with cloth (using the one provided with his glasses) to complete the project.
