Child Proof Stove Nob Cover Threaded

I have several similar child safety stove knob covers for my gas range at home. Two of them are currently not in use due to breakage; however, I decided to attempt making a replacement. The design broke where the hinge is located - specifically when the oven door hit them. As a result, this design can be removed and placed on the counter, then reinstalled as needed. Initially, I tried creating it with pieces that snap together, but unfortunately, the fit wasn't secure enough to prevent removal by a child. After re-evaluating my approach, I switched to the current design featuring threads, which seems to provide a perfect fit. This new design appears strong enough for young children; however, when printed in PLA, it can still be broken with excessive force.
