This clone is a replica of IKEA's PATRULL child safety drawer lock, which has mysteriously vanished from stores in my area. With precise positioning, it can also be installed on standard cabinet doors. The main component is anchored inside the drawer or door, while the smaller piece should be securely fastened to the interior wall of the cabinet using 2x20mm wood screws. To open: the drawer will protrude slightly; push the lever to release and lift. To close: the lock will automatically engage once the door is shut.
