Child Frames - Nonny Mask Adapted
thingiverse
These are a pair of eyeglass frames designed to attach securely to the bridge of a Nonny Pediatric Nasal CPAP mask and headgear. To create them, I used Flexible Resin on my Formlabs Form2 Durable Resin printer. As printed, these frames will accommodate lenses cut specifically for the MiraFlex Baby Plus 39/14. However, your optometrist can easily modify the design to fit other frames or masks. For added stability and comfort, consider using tiny ponytail rubber bands or orthodontic rubber bands to secure the frame bridge to the mask's adjustable nose piece. This simple step takes just two seconds and makes it effortless to put on and take off the glasses. It also prevents them from falling off during sudden movements or when the child is lying on a bed. Fortunately, the glasses themselves don't come into contact with the individual, so they should not feel uncomfortable at all. Sleeping with these glasses in place shouldn't be an issue either. I created this design to help more mask wearers see clearly and comfortably. If you have any concerns or questions about using corrective lenses with these frames, please consult your doctor or optometrist before proceeding.
