I'll build this for your son, just like I've built many things with Heros construction. Using TinkerCAD as my tool of choice, I set the Print Settings to bring this project to life. Printer Brand is RepRap, and specifically, I'm using an Anet A8 printer to get the job done. Rafts are out of the question - we're going for a clean start here. Supports will also be skipped in favor of a more elegant design. Now, let's talk Infill: 20% it is, which should provide just the right balance between strength and lightness.
