The model is fully usable in any project you're working on. Created originally using 3ds Max 2014 software, the model features Corona render materials and includes high-quality textures. Modelled to exact real-world scale, no third-party plugins are needed for this project. Previews were rendered using Corona rendering technology. Suitable for excellent interior visualizations. Located centrally in the coordinates system. Key features of this polygonal model include: 1) Accurate representation of the original object due to precise scaling. 2) Complete texture set applied throughout, all materials included. 3) Every material and texture is formatted, ready to use. 4) Units: mm measurement 5) All textures have their paths stripped 6) Models were unwrapped by hand 7) No lighting is available in this model Remember to activate TurboSmooth for an improved visual outcome. Model Formats: 1. Original file format is 3ds Max 2014 and Corona. 2. The model can be exported as OBJ or FBX formats. 3. Available texture file formats are OBJ and FBX. 4. File Format OBJ Includes only mesh, without materials - no shaders Note: Make sure your archiving software is updated to the latest version before importing any models. For the time being, not all our products come with an MTL file that's included with the OBJ export, but you can request one and we'll get it ready as soon as possible. Remember, this model was originally designed for 3ds Max software using Corona renderer. If materials fail to display when opening models other than .max files - that is perfectly normal since the shaders in the previews were only compatible with the original format.
