Chihuahua Badge

thingiverse

How many people on Thingiverse own Chihuahuas? I'm about to discover that for myself.\nWe adopted a Chihuahua two months ago from a local rescue shelter. My wife came up with the idea for this badge, and I found the 'Chihuahua 3D Wall Art' creation by kwh32901 right here on Thingiverse. With Fusion 360 (and Draftsight to generate the lettering) I remixed kwh32901's model to make this one. And with my trusty FlyingBear P902 printer, it became a reality.\nThe language of this text is Bostonese, an eastern-Massachusetts dialect of English.\nIf you have a Chihuahua or are a fan of them, proudly show off the power of the Chihuahua to your friends!\nPrint Settings\nPrinter: FlyingBear P902\nRafts: No\nSupports: Yes\nResolution: 0.2 mm layer height\nInfill: 20%\nNotes: The badge is 100 mm in diameter and 7 mm deep. The raised lettering, border, and image are 2 mm deep.\nThe supports are necessary for the two 10 mm diameter x 3 mm deep indentations for the magnets on the back of the badge. Magnets of this size can be found on Amazon.com and other sellers.\nTo achieve a two-color effect, change the filament when the Z-height reaches about 5.5 mm. If you have Marlin firmware with an LCD controller, find the 'Change Filament' option under the 'Tune' menu during your print. Note that this menu only appears while printing is in progress.
