Human: Among the diverse array of wildlife on planet H-915, the Liir stand out as an extraordinary example, boasting impressive social skills and exceptional intelligence as insectivores who communicate through intricate flute-songs produced by specialized nasal horns atop their bony, jawless faces, complete with narrow pointed snouts perfectly suited for piercing the nests of the arboreal termite-like creatures they feed on. Their intellect is truly remarkable, equivalent to that of baseline humanity, and thus it's not uncommon to see Liir members excel in engineering and communication divisions of starships, leveraging their acute hearing and acoustic abilities to great advantage. For my next Frontiers challenge entry, I've created a character featuring special accommodations that could be seen on nonhumanoid starship crews, showcasing a higher level of technical refinement than any previous work, having been meticulously sculpted and retouched with a detailed normal map in Blender.
