With this versatile adapter, one can transform a standard PVC pipe and a 20-liter bucket into an adaptable chicken feeder with adjustable food capacity. By modifying the PVC pipe's height, you can effortlessly accommodate more or less food to meet your chickens' changing needs. For this DIY project, you'll need: * A 20-liter bucket cut down to approximately one-quarter of its original height (mine was reduced to 60mm) * A PVC pipe with a 4-inch diameter, cut to a height of at least 400mm or doubled that amount depending on your chickens' food requirements * M3 screws * Some very hungry chickens! To assemble this clever feeder, follow these easy steps: 1. Drill holes in the bucket where you want to attach the adapter, using the adapter as a guide to ensure precise positioning. 2. Secure the adapter to the bucket with the M3 screws until it's firmly in place and won't budge. 3. Place the PVC pipe on top of the adapter, positioning it within the designated spacing seen in the accompanying photos.
