<p>Second approach on a clasp to hold chicken wire around my vegetable garden. It consists of a block and an arm. The block has a hole for 2" long spiralled screws to hold it to the border of the garden bed and a hole for the arm to connect and swing on.</p> <p>The arm lifts over the block and on to the opposite side to lock.
