The Chicco stack tray's teeth easily break off when holding the highchair in place. To avoid wasting $40 on a new tray, I opted to 3D print a replacement part instead. Installing it is straightforward - just locate the dozen or so screws hidden beneath the table and remove them. Then, simply swap out the existing spring from the broken latch with a new one and you'll be good to go.
