Chicago Rat Hole Coaster Template

Pending the imminent removal of the world-famous Chicago Rat Hole, I used the 3D scan created by Sundayyprops on Cults to make a template to cast concrete coasters of the rat hole's form.After filling some small holes in the printed model, I glued the printed model into the bottom of a tupperware container and cast it in silicone. I filled the silicone mold with cement to create the coaster. After sealing the coaster and applying a cord pad to the bottom, we have a Rat Hole relic worthy of gracing the living room of any three-flat!I recommend printing with a small layer height, many walls and many top layers to prevent silicone from leaking into the model. Alternatively, you could use this model as a negative to print a one-time mold (not recommended!). Model is 4 inches across by 0.5 inches deep. Please ignore the uncured silicone stuck to the mold.
