This thing was created using Tinkercad. Modify it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/10HKVr2F4b8. Unfortunately, the print in the picture isn't that clear-cut. I printed it with an 0.8mm nozzle and a 0.35mm layer height to ensure it would fit properly quickly. Fortunately, it fits well, even though the top curve is slightly off - it doesn't impact its performance at all. It works great overall. The one in the picture was printed in PETG on its back. I use a small 2-gallon vacuum cleaner. If you have a stronger vacuum, you might want to add a hole above the sander connection on the front so you don't overheat your vacuum.
