thingiverse
WARNING: The Chibox is currently in the prototype stage, while I have printed and verified tolerances for the V2 design it might not be perfect yet. UPDATE1: enlarged the cable routing from the heater cartridge and thermistor to better fit 50W cartridges with larger gauge wires. Chibox fanduct for the Ender 3 / Pro / V2 with a Dragonfly BMS Hotend Features dual 4010 design in a compact design. Mounting requires - 2xM2 and 2 M3 screws for the cooling duct - 8xM2 and 4xM3 For the fans - 1xM2 screw for the Faceplate Wires should be easily routed behind the faceplate and the faceplate includes an anchoring point with holes for a ziptie. STL's are in printing orientation an the Faceplate requires a custom support for the anchor, otherwise all parts are printable without supports. Ender 3 and 3 Pro files are annotated with E3 Ender 3 V2 uses a slightly different mounting plate and files are annotated with V2 The spacer is required otherwise the Heatblock will not fit on a Ender 3 at all and on a v2 the sock will be impossible to put on. Feedback is welcome a Fusion F3D files are available at request.
