I'm giving it a shot at 3D scanning a tiny item on my home-built turntable, swapping out the usual big-ticket items for something smaller in scale. I still need to tweak the camera's focus and clarity when it comes to capturing small objects. The tank in question is a model kit, meticulously painted and assembled by yours truly - it measures about 3 inches from end to end.
