Chibi-ed Star Wars Imperial Destroyer
myminifactory
Note: This is a BIG print, overall dimension: 47x45x26cm. Of course you can scale it down if you want. I designed this model to create an immersive diorama background that captures the dramatic moment of the Imperial Destroyer's crash in the "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" trailers. It was specifically crafted as part of a display set for the Star Wars TFA Pop! collection, so its design is intentionally 'short and fat' to match the distinctive feel of the Pop!. Don't worry if parts of your print fail - that's actually intentional, as this model is meant to resemble a crashed destroyer. Check out my photos, where we deliberately dropped the entire print several times to achieve the broken, crash-damaged effect, which I then enhanced with a paint job for an even more realistic look! The files include not only the complete model but also separately printable parts that you can assemble on your own. You can preview the 3D files (including an assembly illustration!) by visiting my github page, where you'll find all the details. By the way, are you interested in the tie fighters? They're available right here! If you're looking for more, be sure to check out the Millennium Falcon as well.
