Chiappa M1-9 Mag cover
thingiverse
These are 2 designs I made to fix the ugly, skinny looking beretta mag on the Chiappa M1-9. Note that there are mags with varying depth of baseplates. These designs accommodate most variants of mags but you need to add the proper spacers under the base to make these function and catch the mag release. Just find the single space that fits snugly or stack multiples to fill the spaceThe first is a clamshell design which is the bigger of the 2 designs. I goes around the mag and when inserted in the mag well, it will cover the mag well leaving only a small cutout for the release. It measures 33.8 wide x 59 deep x 93 high.To assemble the mag you need 4 m3x20mm screws or 4 4-40 x 5/8" screws. The second design is smaller and fits around the mag and under mag well when inserted. You will need 2 25mm m3 screws plus the required spacers. The front is held together with a sliding dovetail.
