<p>IMPORTANT: This is just a model shell grip for a VR controller.</p><p>NOTE: This is for the Oculus Quest 1 controllers. If you are looking for the Quest 2 version, <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/54967-chewey_glk-17-oculus-quest-2-vr-pistol-grip">see here</a>.</p><p>Introducing the "Chewey_GLK-17_Q1"!</p><p>For more details, please refer to the <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/54967-chewey_glk-17-oculus-quest-2-vr-pistol-grip">Quest 2 version's descriptions</a>.<br>The picture is from the Quest 2 version, however, everything is the same except for the sizing of the hollow to fit the respective controller.</p><p>In addition to the reference models I noted in the Quest 2 posting, this Quest 1 model also uses the 3D scanned controller image posted by user <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3729872">aolshove on Thingiverse</a>.</p><p>Each hand controller needs:</p><ul><li>1x Grip</li><li>1x Slide</li><li>1x Front lower</li><li>2x Screws</li></ul><p>Assembly notes:</p><ul><li>One screw is used to join the Grip with the Front lower. These were separated for ease of printing.</li><li>One screw is used on the side to secure the Slide in place in case it slips off while mid VR session.</li></ul><p>NOTE: The grip STL is for the RIGHT hand. Simply mirror it to print for the LEFT hand.</p><p>Derivatives and remixes are under Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike, but please also include its original name "Chewey_GLK-17_Q1" somewhere on the final design. &nbsp;Please do not monetize on this model. Thanks!</p><h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Layer height: 0.2<br>Infill: 15%<br>Support: see "Suggested_print_orientagion_Chewey_GLK-17_Quest_1_set.3mf"</p><p>Refer to "Suggested_print_orientagion_Chewey_GLK-17_Quest_1_set.3mf" for print orientation and paint on support using PrusaSlicer.</p><p>The grip and front lower should be the same color.</p>
