Chevy Volt (2017) X Galaxy S8 phone mount

This is a phone mount for the 2017 Chevrolet Volt plug-in electric vehicle. It's printed in two separate parts and can be assembled using any suitable phone holder; I've included one designed specifically for my phone, the Xiaomi Mi5. The mount is attached to the driver-side accessories bay column. The fit around the column is not perfect due to being hand-drawn, but it fits perfectly for the phone and USB-C cable (use the included Xiaomi USB-C cable). Using Android Auto is a breeze with this accessory; just slide your phone right in. Note that M3 hardware may require pressing in, depending on printer tolerances. I highly recommend printing this mount using ABS or PETG, materials that offer some flexibility and are less prone to warping on hot summer days. To assemble the mount, you'll need: * 2x M3 hex nuts * 2x M3x12 screws * A Xiaomi USB-C cable (or a very similar one) * A screwdriver Assemble the parts as shown in the pictures. Tighten the screws to your desired level of tightness, then slide in the USB-C cable and enjoy Android Auto on your Chevrolet Volt.
