I've got a sweet ride - a 96' Chevy truck that's been around the block. But when its radio gave up the ghost, I was left feeling lost without my tunes. My wonderful wife stepped in and decided to hook me up with a brand new one, complete with Bluetooth capabilities. She did her research and found an awesome deal online at Walmart - everything but the insert needed was sent right to our doorstep. I was stoked when I saw what she had done for me, eager to get that new radio installed and rock out. But things didn't quite go as planned. It turned out the old dual radio wouldn't play nice with my new single setup. Luckily, I've got a 3D printer on hand, so I figured, why not make my own insert? After all, I'm not one to shy away from a challenge. And that's exactly what I did - whipped up an awesome support/cover in no time. It's dead simple, and it comes in two pieces or four (depending on the size of your printer).
