Chevy Sonic 2 Rocker + Voltmeter Plate
thingiverse
I'm removing the change holder in front of the gear shifter. I never carry change, but I always have a dead phone, and the stock 1-amp USB port in the glovebox doesn't do anything for my Galaxy. I bought a dual 4.2-amp USB voltmeter and a few LED rocker switches from Amazon. I printed it at 200-micron 30% infill. Wrapped it in 3M 1080 Carbon fiber. Remove the shift housing to install, then reinstall it with this snug up against the HVAC controls. I also put a little professional Loctite on the bottom edge of mine to guarantee its snug. I wired both of my LED light bars using relay wiring kits, and the lighting for the switches/voltmeter are powered by a positive lead running back to the front window controls fuse - only when the car is on. Included pictures of my installation because it makes me happy.
