This is a gear shifter I designed in Tinkercad for my dad's 1973 Chevy K20. It pauses the print about an inch up and allows a 14 mm nut to fit inside the model before continuing the print. Once it's complete, it simply threads onto your stick! Make sure you test the nut on your gear shifter lever beforehand to ensure it fits properly. I included both a 4 speed SM465 pattern set and a 5 speed version for later models in the file.
