Chevy 3500 Van Rear Seat Rail Insert

I print this design using a resin printer. I use Resione F69 resin and use their profile for my printer. I use plenty of supports when printing or the sides will droop and skew. They fit fine, the cut off section in the front of the thing is so it will fit into the grooves of the rail easily. The original had the same approximate 45 degree angle on the front and back on the bottom. The original was sealed, I don't think it is really necessary. The company that made the original likely uses injection molding to mass produce these things. This was an experiment, I will revisit after it has been put into use for a while.
