Another part I've designed and manufactured for Chevrolet cars.I had the same issue as many others have with their old muscle cars, old cars in general in fact.Oil leaking from gasket surfaces, due to worn or bad surface quality or both.So just as my oil pan, this is a two part system, one fixed and one loose. The lower part will be permanently fixed with, for instance, Permatex gasket maker/sealer. The upper part can be fitted together with some standard "Paper & rubber" gasket material.Side clamps are optional, the filtration mounts are 3D printed, but a similar part can easily be done in a manual lathe. Again I just wanted to test the mechanical and thermal properties of 3D printed material.If you encounter a problem, leave a comment down below.
