I've recently noticed that my Chevrolet Aveo (2007) has been leaking air somewhere. Upon further inspection, I discovered that the T-join holding the hoses that return air from the motor had broken, just like in the attached image. After months of searching for a replacement part, I decided to create one using 3D printing. This replica is extremely close to the original T joint. The inner diameter measures 3mm, while the maximum outer diameter is 10.5mm. The part was printed with 100% infill using PLA. To maximize its strength, it was printed horizontally.
