Chevrolet Blazer K5 - RC model with WPL axles
thingiverse
This model was converted from a GTA SA mod in ZModeler and adapted to print in Sketchup. It is based on the WPL model's transmission and has 1:14 scale. The body was split due to having a small printer, which reduced support material and printing time significantly. Body parts were printed from ABS and glued with an ABS-based adhesive. The frame was also printed from ABS, but it proved not strong enough; I recommend trying PLA instead. The gearbox's mount is not perfect, but can be fixed with hot glue or nylon ties. To complete the project, you will need WPL axles (front and rear), wheels (or resin), a central gearbox with a motor, as well as a 2S battery, RC receiver, ESC, SG-90 servo, and light controller with LEDs (optional). You can purchase these components separately from banggood, gearbest, or aliexpress. However, they are not the most solid options; you may want to consider upgrading to stronger parts such as metal axles or driveshafts.
