Chest of Boxes

This design is optimized for cutting on an 8"x12" bed k40 laser cutter. If you need uncut versions of these items, look for the "raw" drawings available; they can be used with a larger laser bed or to make modifications. Additionally, there are dovetail designs that fit within my laser's constraints. To assemble this project, two types of wood are required: 1/4 inch birch plywood (4.5mm) and Utility Plywood (2.7mm). I have four-by-eight sheets cut into individual boards, yielding a total of 48 per sheet. To complete the project, you will need twenty-two 8"x12" sheets of birch plywood and twenty-five 2.7mm plywood sheets for the interior of the small boxes. The components needed include six shelves, six sides, one back plate, and twenty-five drawers. Two small drawer box drawings are available: one is slightly shorter to accommodate hook-loop tape, while the other will fit flush without it.
