You'll need to obtain the locking mechanism and two compact hinges. I sourced them from Coop Bau+Hobby here in Switzerland, though I suspect these tiny hinges are widely available. To secure the hinges and the locking mechanism to the chest, I used small 1.4x7mm screws.
