Chest and the Silver Key
thingiverse
Sick at woodworking? Just hit print and you can still have a treasure chest of your (or your kids) wildest dreams! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3CU1QwS6hi0 This incredible thing is a lockable chest, which is fully 3D printed and only needs some parts screwed together. You can leave it as is, or use paint to create a more authentic wooden appearance. Assembly is straightforward, just remember to do a test fit before any gluing: 1. Glue the Lock_Shackle to the Lid 2. Glue the Lid Stoppers to the Chest and Lid (4x) 3. Insert the Lock_Disc on the Lock_Body 4. Glue the Lock_body and Lock_Cover 5. Glue the Lock to the Chest 6. Combine the Lower_Hinge and Upper_Hinge and insert the Hinge_Bolt (3x) 7. Glue the Hinge_Bolt_Cap to the Hinge_Bolt (3x) 8. Glue the Hinges to the Chest, start from the middle and make sure the Shackle fits to the lock. The example print was done with 100% infill, which makes the chest super solid, but the print time was over 2 days. Check out my other designs here: https://www.thingiverse.com/Superbeasti/designs
