You'll need to source some basic components, including a locking mechanism and two compact hinges. I obtained mine from Coop Bau+Hobby in Switzerland, but these tiny hinges should be widely available. To secure them, use small 1.4x7mm screws, attaching the hinges and the locking mechanism directly to the chest.
