Chessboard
thingiverse
This is a chessboard I made because I couldn't quite seem to find a printable chessboard that I liked and there's no fun in just buying one. There are two types of chessboards here, 1 with the text inlay and 1 without. The pictures are of the inlay variant. The chess pieces are not mine and are not included in this design but are available on this website. The Inlay Style will be named like: Part-## Part-1 starts in the bottom left-hand corner and works it's way around clockwise. For the inlay variant you will still need to print 4 of the "Middle.stl" model The connector pieces connect the board together. For me it was a tight fit but I'm not worried about the board falling apart just by picking it up. I hope you enjoy! ### Time 97 hours and 47 minutes at 45 mm/s ### Dimensions (Approximately): 365mm x 365mm x 10mm ### Material Used #### Letters and Numbers: 8 g #### Connectors: 27 g #### Board sections: 472 g #### Board tiles: 240 g #### Total: 747 g
