Jellyfish Chess Set for Everyone! I'm glad you liked my chess set and wanted to print one - I've got some good news for you: I'll be posting my STL files right here, so you can save some time. (P.S. If you love the chess board in the pics, it's available on Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2853484) If you're happy that I saved your time, please consider tipping me - I'd really appreciate it! These files should print just fine without any special settings, but if you want to get the same results as mine, be sure to read my printer settings notes below. I'm a big fan of how they look when you pause the print and switch to a different color filament for the bell part of the jellyfish. Unfortunately, I only have one extruder, so I have to pause and change the filament if I want to use another color. Right now, I'm experimenting with creating drooloops (yes, that's a real word: droop+loop) and trying to harness their unique shapes. Please let me know how your prints turn out and share some pics - I love seeing what other people come up with! Keep in mind that printer settings can affect the results, so have fun with it! P.S. Feeling creative? Go ahead and make your own custom set using my original OpenSCAD code to create Jellyfish with drooloops: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:243994 Note: Some of the chess pieces in my set, like the king, can't be recreated with the original customizer - that's why I decided to share the complete set here.
