When crafting your chess robot, consider substituting M2.5 bolts with plastic pins for a lighter and more visually appealing design. To do this, simply apply glue to the opposite end of each pin before inserting it into place. Using printable plastic pins allows you to create a gripper that is both lighter in weight and aesthetically pleasing. For optimal results when printing these tiny components, use a 0.25mm nozzle and set your layer height to 0.1mm. This will ensure accurate placement of the small, 3mm diameter pins.
