Chess pawn - test with magnet hole
thingiverse
We're designing a chess pawn with a clever feature - a hole for a magnet at the bottom. The magnet is positioned at the back of the pawn when it's facing forward, allowing us to easily pick up the piece from a metallic board by leaning it backward and then moving it forward. This approach makes perfect sense since pawns are only capable of moving forward.
