I printed a set of custom chess pieces as a birthday gift for my friend's 7 year old. I wanted to have the pieces and board stored together so I used the chess/checker board design by CheesmondN for the board and created this box that uses the board as a lid. I printed the chess/checker board at 178mm x 178mm, it fits securely on top of the box while still being easy to remove to access the pieces inside. The outside dimensions of the box are 189mm x 189mm x 60mm. I printed it on a CR10s5 using SUNLU Silk Silver PLA Filament. I designed the box to be printed without supports. Attachments area
