Chess Board - remix and scale up fix

I'm grateful for the innovative design by bjared, which I admire for its interlocking mechanism and ability to be scaled up to impressive sizes. As I scaled this model up, however, I encountered a problem with the interlocking tabs detaching. The print process produced razor-sharp tabs alongside the main piece but as separate entities. I suspect that scaling up might have caused this issue or my inexperience with slicer settings was to blame, regardless, tabs consistently fell off or failed to connect. This approach worked beautifully! The slicer then printed these tabs as part of the whole piece. It was the first time I'd encountered this issue, but I'm focused on moving forward and finding solutions. Thanks again to bjared for allowing me to remix his files. His work is truly inspiring, and I appreciate the effort he puts into creating and sharing his designs with others.
