Designed this chess board with Tinkercad. It consists of 4 quarters and 64 fields. Printing: Print 32 x field in color A and 32 x field in color B. Print 4 x the quarter in the color you want. The 2 quarters fits in very strong so you need exact printing. Glue the fields on the clipped board.
