'Cheshire Smile' - RWBY OC Weapon (Commission)

Cheshire Smile is a Hunter-Battle-Rifle-Hook; it's the weapon of Ynk Lamia, a faunus from Remnant. The versatile firearm has the ability to switch between two calibers of ammunition to favor either power or speed shooting, thanks to the mechanism inside the magazine well. The lever on the rifle is actually used only for the hunter ammo, increasing precision when firing. In its hook form, the weapon still allows the possibility of shooting, adding power to the cut. The hooks' blades can even straighten, giving more power into slashing attacks. Fun fact: the name comes from a creepy smile of a cheshire cat Ynk Lamia saw in a movie as a kid. This childhood memory inspired the creation of the unique firearm. Weapon modeled and animated by DenalCC1010, with original concept design and creative direction from YNK.
