I made a similar puzzle out of some material and decided to create an STL file so it could be 3D printed. I missed Valentine's Day, but better late than never. I designed the parts separate so they can be arranged on the bed however needed. Try arranging them together or just search online for the heart arrow puzzle solution. Tolerances may vary depending on your printer - the arrow should fit through the middle at the bottom of the heart closely, but freely.
