<p>Have you ever questioned spacing on boards with wide layout compatibility?</p><p>Have you ever stared at a Shift trying to guess if it was 2U or 2.25U, or at a Spacebar to guess if it was 6U or 6.25U?</p><p>Using this ruler question spacing and size no more. Scaled in Cherry MX Units (19.05mm), incremented down to 0.25u, this ruler is nice to add to any mechanical keyboard enthusiasts toolbox.</p><p>Featuring: GMK Aurora Polaris and KAT Alpha</p><h4>Print settings:</h4><ul><li>Print <strong>SLOWLY</strong> at 0.2mm with a 0.40mm nozzle or smaller. The Quality 0.20 presets are good.</li><li>Printed solid with 100% infill, but feel free to try with less infill or even slice the model to make it thinner.</li><li>Designed to be printed in PLA, but PETG should be fine. You may need to scale up a hair to account for shrink.</li><li>This model requires a somewhat dimensionally accurate printer.</li><li><strong>Enable/modify the prusaslicer settings:</strong>&nbsp;<ul><li>Print outside perimeters first</li><li>lower elephant foot compensation to 0.05 or 0.1mm from the stock 0.2mm</li><li>Change infill fill angle to 90 degrees, makes the ruler easier to read.</li><li>Might be worth turning on ironing.</li></ul></li><li>Use the cut function in Prusaslicer to chop the ruler down if you can't or do not want to print the full sized one.</li></ul>
