This is an exact replica of the scram switch from Chernobyl's control room 4, the emergency shutdown switch that was supposed to halt the reactor but ultimately led to a catastrophic core explosion and disaster. The switch itself is modeled after its counterpart in control room 3 since the original reactor 4 control room has been stripped bare of most switches and bulbs.
