Chenbro/Supermicro NR40700 Drive Caddy and Pull Tab
thingiverse
I acquired three Chenbro NR40700 48 bay server chassis and was unable to procure any caddies for it. Consequently, I decided to fabricate my own. Although they are not ideal and may require further refinement, they fit snugly and provide a sturdy framework. I utilize standard PLA material in their construction. Initially, I attempted using PETG, but no matter what adjustments I made, the printed components consistently warped. As a novice in 3D printing, I share my experience to aid those facing similar issues who may not wish to create their own caddies.
