This is currently a work-in-progress, featuring preliminary framing. Further stages will be added later on. The design includes a 10'-0"x20'-0" tank with sloped plates at a 1/4 x12 incline, constructed from stainless steel and featuring vertical reinforcement instead of crimp plates. It also has four manways, one on the front bottom wall and one on the roof top, as well as a vent to prevent trapped gasses from chemicals. The construction will proceed through five phases: firstly, building a skid frame with floor plating support; secondly, installing the floor plate, columns, and middle framing; thirdly, adding vertical wall supports (both interior and exterior); fourthly, incorporating interior walls and roof framing; and finally, adding exterior walls and cut-outs for manways. The design also requires ANSI weld neck flange class 150 nozzles and piping connections to be added later on.
