I'm a huge fan of crafting and savoring my morning joe - But it's essential to truly appreciate every sip. Slowly sipped, that is. My favorite brewing techniques include the pour-over method with the iconic Chemex coffee maker, but I've encountered one major issue: the coffee consistently grows cold on me before I can fully enjoy it. So, I modified the Chemex Cover by Paulgeneres to make it a bit more substantial and also fill in the gap created by the spout-like ridge. (Also pictured is a scaled-down version of the original Chemex Cover that doubles as a stylish coffee cup lid!)
