Chemex Coffee Jug Lid

I've always been eager to craft my own Chemex Jug lid; every time I brew coffee, it loses heat far too swiftly and I can clearly see the steam escaping from the vessel. Paired with a jug-warmer (similar to a teapot cozy, where you'd encase the glass container in some insulating material) this setup works beautifully. From what I've gathered, there are two types of 6-cup Chemex Coffee jugs/carafes. As far as I can tell, one is hand-blown glass, and this stopper or lid was designed specifically for the hand-blown model. The other version may be a different size, but that's unclear to me either way; it's still a quick print project.
