I recently purchased this high-end foam cannon and was thoroughly disappointed to discover that the lid only screws on for about one quarter of a turn before coming loose and popping off at the slightest impact, spilling the cleaning solution everywhere. To address this issue, I created a simple plug to secure the lid in place while it's being used. To make this modification, start by using an 11/64 drill bit to drill through the skirt of the lid where the first thread isn't present (see the accompanying picture). Next, install the lid and tighten it fully, then drill through the previously made hole in the lid and through the lip of the bottle. The printed pin creates a snug fit in the hole and prevents the lid from coming loose and falling off. Print the pin at 100% infill for optimal results. Finally, secure the pin to the foam cannon head with some fishing line or fine wire to keep it handy. Edit: After further testing, I realized that this solution isn't entirely effective due to the flexibility of the plastic container, which can still cause the lid to come loose and pop off even if the cap doesn't unscrew. In response, I developed a more reliable alternative that performs significantly better, which can be found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2933391
