I somehow misplaced one of the four rubber feet from my knife sharpener, so I yanked out one of the three remaining ones and took some precise measurements. The originals have intricate grooves that match up perfectly with ridges in the hole, but given the size I opted for and the flexible filament I utilized, those grooves aren't necessary after all.
