cheese wire slicer adjustment

I use my cheese wire-slicer to cut thick slices that are way too big for sandwiches. I recently bought a large 5 lb. loaf of cheddar and wanted to slice some thinly, but my cheese plane isn't wide enough to do the job. I removed one screw from this tool and took off the wooden roller and brass axle, which made it easy to add a new roller with a larger diameter. Printing the new roller was a simple process that turned out well, and I'm confident that it will make paper-thin slices. The stl file is in SAE format, so to convert it to metric, simply scale up (X, Y, and Z) by a factor of 25.4.
