cheese processing-1
grabcad
The vehicle features a standard mobile dairy setup (Project 1173) for direct processing of fresh milk to cheese on site. Primarily, milk will come from free-range goats and sheep, with additional contributions from roaming bison and cows. Mobile milking parlors are also included for feeding and milking the animals. Cheese production involves two copper cauldrons in wooden constructions of the device, along with stirrers. Other recipes include making cheese curd cheese, a type of harp cheese. The double-walled copper kettles can be heated with gas and used for cooling fresh milk, simplifying both processes.
