Our process involves pressing raw cheese into diminutive forms with the aid of tubular bodies on one side or hollow shapes crafted using the cheese extruder. This equipment is an integral component of the cheese processing system (2). The cheese extruder is utilized for pre-pressing purposes, enabling the dehumidification of raw cheese. Next, we employ pressing mechanisms to finalize the process. On the output side, a wet-salt tub awaits - there, raw cheese receives salt with moist sea salt. Our diverse selection of cheeses differ slightly in production but yield entirely distinct varieties. The sole distinction lies between bar cheese, designed for machine-assisted processing and portioning, and small cheese crafted in handy portions suitable for issuance as individual servings.
